Goal Gas will supplied to the consumer to the authorized area wise Distributor/Dealer. The distributor/C&F will facilitate the supply to the dealer by company by providing the godown, logistics etc. Distributor/Dealer will be authorised supply Goal Gas to Retailer Process of selection of Distributor/Dealer After receipt of application from the applicant a personal discussion will be arranged in our office with prior information to know about each other and the business model, profitability etc of the business. If the applicant is selected then there will be an Letter of Intent(LOI) will be issued with important conditions of business. If applicant agreed and acknowledge the Letter of Intent (LOI), the business agreement will be signed with the applicant. Before signing of the agreement the applicant will pay the agreement charges either as dealer or distributor / C&F.
The Retailer will be in direct coordination with the District Distributor/Dealer and will be taking bookings for the gas connections directly from consumers such as Domestic Users or Commercial Users in his defined region.
The Retail Outlet will have to ensure the transfer and exchange of Empty/Refilled cylinders from the Godown of the District Distributor to its own. He will also be responsible to ensure the availability of sufficient logistics at his end to deliver and pick up empty/Filled Cylinder from the customer End.He must also take out necessary statutory licenses & safety measures with our support to purchase, store and operate the business of LPG in confirmation to the requirements of concerned legal and governmental bodies.
Trade License / Retail Selling License / VAT Registration Certificate from weights & measures with respect to weighing scale at the Godown LPG Godown License from PESO-Nagpur Fire License for Godown from Fire Service Department Explosive License for Godown From Explosive Department.
An applicant who has been given Letter Of Intent needs to obtain the Licences and Approvals from respective authorities so as to commission the distributorship within the stipulated time.
Before commissioning, Goal Gas will enter into a Distributorship agreement. The normal tenure of the Distributorship is for a period of 5 years and renewable thereafter subject to performance of the distributorship and Management's decision.
